Refund Policy


We take utmost care to make sure our products are of the best quality and are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. However, if a product received by you is damaged in any way, we would definitely exchange it with a new product, at our cost. If the requested size/color/design is not available, we shall refund the full amount to your bank account/card once the product is received by us.

If you need to exchange/return your purchase because of any faults, please write to us at operations@cuttlefishstore.com or contact us through our contact us page within 7 days of delivery of the product. Include good pictures of the damage/product and the details of the fault in the email for us to understand better and initiate the return.

If you have availed the offer "IKNOWMYSIZE", your orders will not be eligible for free exchange. However, in circumstances where customer requests an exchange after availing the offer, the cost of shipping both TO and FRO ( Return of the product to be exchanged and the new product to be shipped ) are to be borne by the customer. The exchange will be dispatched only once the product returned is inspected and approved.

For incorrect size/color selection, we suggest sending the items via courier/post with a functioning tracking number service and advise the same to us by e-mail. If you have any questions on how to return or exchange your item, please contact us at operations@cuttlefishstore.com.

To exchange, all items must be sent back to us in their original condition, without usage and wash, with tags (if any) and the original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund ( Only in case of defective products ), within 7 days from date of intimation. Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: To minimize exchanges, we request you to select the correct size from our size chart, prior to purchasing. There could be slight color variation due to lighting & screen resolutions between how you see the colors on screen and the product you receive. Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.
