Shipping Policy
PRE-PAID ORDERS
Free shipping for all prepaid orders.
Domestic: Cuttlefish delivers to all pin-codes Pan India through our channel courier partners.
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-7 business days from the order date depending on the destination.
Cuttlefish shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased products/goods caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or causes that are beyond our control.
We request you to provide correct and accurate address & contact information in-order to avoid return of product due to insufficient/incorrect address. In the event of a non-delivery due to incorrect details, the extra cost towards re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of return/delay/loss of products/goods.
International: For the moment, we are selling only in India. We are working on our international selling & delivery and will give you an update soon. However, if you are outside India and wish to purchase any product, please write to us at operations@cuttlefishstore.com and we will work something out for you.
CASH ON DELIVERY ( COD ORDERS )
We, CUTTLEFISH keep customer satisfaction as the top most priority. Keeping in mind preference of customers to avail COD even for high value orders, we have a very simple policy.
For customers who wish to avail the COD option, we charge Rs.225 /- extra as COD charges. The customer is required to pay this charge upfront to confirm the order.
At the time of delivery the customer would have to pay only the product cost since COD charges have already been paid.
For example : If a customer chooses to buy a Jogger for Rs. 1999 /- and avail the COD option. The total invoice value to be paid by the customer will be 1999 + 225. The customer is required to pay Rs. 225 /- upfront while placing the order for order confirmation and the remaining 1999 at the time of delivery.
This is done to ensure fast shipping and reduce RTO orders.
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, is not available during delivery ( 3 attempts will be made by our delivery partner ), cancels the order after the item has been shipped or has provided wrong address the COD charges will not be refunded.
In case, the delivery partner is unable to make the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances you can raise a request to reattempt delivery.
